Abstract (EN)
In this study, the acute toxicity effect of lead nitrate (Pb(NO3)2) for 96 hours on Gammarus pulex was determined. For this purpose, experimental groups were formed at the concentrations of 50, 75, 100, 200, 300 and 400 μg/L in addition to the control group, and 10 G. pulex were put into each experimental group and three experimental trials were carried out. During the experimental, the animals were checked at 24 hour intervals and the mortality rates were determined. At the end of the study, the mean LC50 value was determined as 152 ± 13 μg/L, while the lower band level value was 112 ± 12 μg/L and the upper band level value was 216 ± 16 μg/L
