Abstract (EN)
Turks directing the world history encountered with various cultures and religions as a result of the struggles they attempted with the governments around them in Turkistan where they settled immigrating from Central Asia. Turks meeting Islamism in the struggles made with Muslims saw that their cultures and the qualities of their own race coincided with Islamism. The Abbasid Government Caliphates of the term who saw that Turks had many qualities such as warrior,manager,powerful,organized etc. engaged the Turks who were brought to Muslim towns as captives from Turkish provinces or with different reasons for Islamic State. In this work, the services that the Turkish commanders engaged for Abbasid Government by the caliphates of the term performed for Islamic State in army and management, their rise in state stage, their intrigues and guidance of military and political policy were analyzed.
