Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this study is to search effect of organizational inertia and its sub- dimensions on alienation and its sub-dimensions and intention to leave the job. For this purpose, firstly to investigate the theoretical relationship between variables, literature were reviewed. Also this relationship and effects are investigated through analysing datas obtained as a result of survey conducted on the employees who work in a state- owned banks in the province of Afyonkarahisar. According to the result of research; it is found of that organizational inertia has possitive effects on alienation and its sub- dimensions; and intention to leave the job of employees.
