Abstract (EN)

This study examines the impact of corporate reputation and psychological capital levels on employees' turnover intentions. The sample comprises individuals working in various public and private sector organizations across Turkey. Data was collected by conducting surveys using online platforms. The study employed an unlimited sampling formula and analyzed data from 427 participants. Explanatory factor analysis and cronbach's alpha analysis were conducted to assess the validity and reliability of the scales. Additionally, correlation analyses were performed to understand the relationships between variables, and multiple regression analyses were used to test the hypotheses. The results reveal that corporate reputation and psychological capital levels significantly and negatively impact employees' turnover intentions. It was found that employees with higher levels of corporate reputation and psychological capital have lower turnover intentions. These findings highlight the importance of corporate reputation and psychological capital when shaping organizational strategies. The study makes significant contributions to the literature by providing data on the role of corporate reputation and psychological capital in reducing employees' turnover intentions, thereby addressing gaps in these areas. It also offers practical suggestions for how organizations can develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover intentions. In particular, strengthening corporate reputation and increasing employees' psychological capital are highlighted as effective methods for enhancing long-term workplace commitment and reducing turnover intentions. In this context, organizations must be positively perceived by both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sustainability of corporate success. Additionally, increasing psychological capital, which includes positive psychological traits such as self-efficacy, hope, optimism, and resilience, plays an essential role in improving employee satisfaction and job performance. In conclusion, this study sheds light on the effects of corporate reputation and psychological capital levels on turnover intentions, contributing to organizations' strategic planning and implementation.
