Abstract (EN)

Enterprise resource planning, collects the information in all departments within the enterprise under a single organization, facilitating communication between these departments and thus providing great facilities for operation. Thus all the information is stored in a database. In enterprises where there is no enterprise resource planning system, each unit creates a pool of information within itself, but it obtains information in different forms from other units. Accurate information continues to evolve in information technology, depending with need to arrive on time. Thus, management information systems have come to fruition and have begun to be used in many businesses and this number is increasing. In this study; the importance of enterprise resource planning, its definition, scope, reasons for using enterprise resource planning, human resource management sub-functions and the effects of enterprise resource planning on human resources management are emphasized. The study was carried out with 221 samples and the demographical features of enterprises, expectations from institutional resource planning, the effects of the use of enterprise resource planning systems on the functions of human resources management and the relations among them are discussed. Some of the demographic characteristics of the business, corporate resource planning and human resources management were analyzed and the results were found to be related. It has been determined that there is a positive relationship between corporate resource planning and human resources management in the analyzes made and the results of the research are indicated by tables and graphs. Even if the costs of enterprise resource planning are high, it is the future that will affect the success of businesses. In this sense, it is likely that the study of institutional resource planning with potentially significant value added to businesses with good coordination in the business will be beneficial to the academic field, the national literature and the national economy.
