Enterprise resource planning and human resource management system

This thesis is prepared for the performing with computerized of a human resources management of the small businesses. At the same time, the addition of personal data entry and training, update this data and to do the payroll processing is possible. In the businesses, it is provided the soot changing can be made by the system administrator. Therefore, been sought in business, mode of operation of the system has been learned in one of the companies that use SAP. Obtained data was analysed and Human Resources Management System database is designed using entity-relationship model. MS SQL SERVER 2012 are used as database program. For transmitting information in the database to screen and other environments Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 C# is used.
