Abstract (EN)

In this thesis, the effect of corporate social responsibility practices on human resources management and the mediating role of turnover intention in this relationship were examined. The aim of the research is to empirically reveal the effect of turnover intention on the contribution of corporate social responsibility to human resources management processes. The study was conducted with data collected from a total of 410 academic and administrative staff working at a university operating in the Eastern Black Sea Region. The data were obtained through the survey method, and after conducting validity and reliability analyses of the scales using SPSS, AMOS, and Jamovi programs, the hypotheses were tested with structural equation modeling. The findings show that turnover intention plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between corporate social responsibility and human resources management. The study demonstrates that corporate social responsibility, beyond merely providing social contribution, is a strategic element that strengthens employee commitment and supports human resources management processes. In this context, the results of the research are expected to contribute to the academic literature and to guide organizations in developing more effective human resources strategies.
