Abstract (EN)

This study aimed to determine how much importance was attached to activities relating to corporate social responsibility in the strategic management of a company operating in the cement industry and, in this context, to find out whether there was any difference between the perceptions of company employees and customers regarding the corporate social responsibility activities of the company. Another point which the study tried to reveal was to determine if the contribution of the corporate social responsibility activities to the perception of brand image differed between employees and customers. The population of the study consisted of 200 white collar employees and 300 domestic gray cement customers considered to be regular customers. The sample of the study, on the other hand, included 123 employees, all white collar, and 30 domestic gray cement customers. A total of 153 valid questionnaire forms were returned. In the scope, the influence of two fundamental subdimensions relating to corporate social responsibility on the consciousness of stakeholders was analyzed.
