Özet (EN)
Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is the voluntary effort of businesses to contribute positively to society without legal compulsion or punitive mechanisms. Companies are accountable to the communities in which they operate, and this responsibility applies to all businesses. Business ethics, a branch of philosophy, examines what is considered right or wrong in the workplace, establishing a set of moral principles for all stakeholders, including employees, managers, and shareholders. This study primarily focuses on the concept of corporate social responsibility, exploring its areas, dimensions, and the CSR pyramid. Subsequently, the concepts of ethics and business ethics are examined, with an emphasis on the levels of business ethics. By separately analyzing CSR and business ethics, the similarities and differences between the two concepts are highlighted. The objective is to investigate employees' attitudes toward CSR and business ethics. The study also assesses whether CSR impacts business ethics, exploring employees' perspectives in this regard. It is observed that for businesses to sustain their existence, the perception of social responsibility has institutionalized, moving away from individuality to address the entire community. Although it varies depending on the sample group, it is concluded that business ethics is influenced, albeit to a lesser extent, by corporate social responsibility and is deemed a necessary obligation.
