An appilication over relation between corporate social responsibility and organizational citizenship behaviour

The term ?corporate social responsibility? has turned out to be a subject to be emphasized for rapidly growing enterprises. Enterprises are manufacturing to respond to needs of man; for that reason these enterprises are reducing natural resources and polluting the environment with waste. Individuals? being more conscious is forcing corporations to take more responsibility concerning remaning resources and natural environment to next generations. As a result; corporations are raising shareholder?s preferance rate of enterprises by giving importance to corporate social responsibility projects.Related to corporate social responsibility; corporations? responsibilities towards their employees; one of their shareholders; also bring the term ?organizational citizenship behaviour? to the agenda. Corporations? success increases as a result of employees? showing organizational citizenship behaviour. Meanwhile employees increases corporation?s success, they show organizational behaviour by giving direct contribution to organizational structure or by avoiding behaviours which can damage organizational structure.This study has been prepared to reveal relationship between corporate social responsibility and organizational citizenship behaviour. In the first part ; content, development and areas of corporate social responsibility were examined. In the second part; types and levels of the term ?organizational citizenship? were viewed. As for the third part; a survey?s; which was laid out concerning the relationship between corporate social responsibility and organizational citizenship behaviour; application, analysis and results take place.Key Words: Corporate Social Responsibility, Social Responsibility,Oraganizational Citizenship Behaviour.
