Abstract (EN)

Sustainability in general is a concept that refers to using natural resources to meet today's needs while at the same time taking into account the needs of future generations. This requires businesses to be rational in resource use. In this study, the sustainability of the operator in terms of data received from TÜPRAŞ energy company was examined over years. TÜPRAŞ was chosen because of a leading company in the energy sector. The aim of this study is to contribute to the work to be done in the energy sector and to expand the literature search. The PROMETHEE method, one of the Multiple Criteria Decision Making Methods, is used to analyze the data used in the study. In order to calculate the weights of the criteria used in the PROMETHEE method, the ENTROPİ method has been utilized. In order to achieve sustainability, the three dimensions of sustainability - environmental, economic and social - must be achieved at the same time. According to the research result conducted in line with this information, it has been observed that the sustainability in environmental, economic and social dimensions is different every year in the selected establishment.
