The factors affecting success in ameteur football clups in Kütahya

The purpose of this research is to find out wha are the factors affecting the success of Kütahya ameteur football clubs, what are the lacks and expectations of footballers of team challenging in amateur clubs and coaches working in the amateur clubs and director of clubs. This study consists of two stages which are practical and theoretical research of area.At the first stage of source searching, sport and football and also the development of them both in Turkey and in he world were discussed. The iner foctors are economic problems, physcal factors, nutrition, foctors depending on training on training, factors depending on both technique and tactic, constiuin of instition and infrastructure giving importance to competition kits. Also, the coach and the director beig conscius of their job and responsibility and talented footballer trained with the moral of sportsman are the outer factors affecting football clubs by the way of spiritual and material, tooAt the second stage of researching, the questionnaires prepared according to problem were applied to 245 sportsmen, 28 coaches and 25 direcctors who are active in the super Amatuer, First and Second Amatuer Teams in 2007-2008 football Seaseon. The acquired data were evaluaed with the help of techniques called frequency distribution and `ki- kare? analysis.As a result, we can summarize the findings:First of all, directors, coaches, sportsmen and fans should understand taht they fistly need being mature in terms of morality, and the score will end with three possibilityes, and most importantly they should knw that respecting eachother is considerable, Besides, there are coaching and directorship?s deficiences of equipment in terms of Professional adequency and personality. Directorship means executive responsibility. Consciousness of club directing has become aserious load, which only the manager does every load, which only the the manager does every kind of duty, not all other members. And this causes many deficiencies in terms of management. İn addition, there is a serious lack of organization about the clubs directing, that is, there is not a good distribution of work.Today we have come to result that we have some wrong ideas such as we want go get the success verry soon. There are also some important things which we should note. First of all, we should make some long term changes. For example, coaches and sportmen should not have any problem, clubshouse, field which belongs to the club and other materials. The most important of all which we should care is that; we should pay enough attetion to the youth, namely infrastructure so that; we should have an aim of forming a stable team identity by creating a long term framework of team and support the young talented ones instead of for the day transferring.
