But via the help of informations in the collected poems we think that the poet is Mes'ûd Lutfî. He has a gayrı mürettep collected poems. Via his Works it is understood that he has a Islamic mysticism view. While we were making researches we reached only one copy of it. Our study entitled Kütahya Municipality Mustafa Hakkı Yeşil Library numbered 24557 collected poems of Lütfi. Our study's aim, as one of the lots of the collected poems that haven't come into light yet, is serve to the attention to the people who interested in this field and also deliver the value that it deserved. Our study consists of three sections. In the first part of the poet's life and literary figures were revealed. Then we mention about the poets who affected Lutfi at the literary aspects. "The poet wrote the poems in a language that can be understood easily, but sometimes he used Arabic and Persian compositions'' was stated. In the collected poems, numerous verses, hadiths, sayings and idioms were encountered. In the second part of our study, collected poems were evaluated at the aspect of form and characteristics of some of the contents. It was emphasized that the Poet is more successful especially at the Ghazal type. It is stated that he used mostly mefâ'îlün/ mefâ'îlün/ mefâ'îlün/ mefâ'îlün pattern as rhythm. Poet, who was careful at the matter of redif, used more Turkish supplements to make redifs. At the text that forms the last part, first the description of the text is given. Then the way of forming the establishment of the text is described. At the end of our study there is a dictionary of vocabulary stated in collected poems.
