Determination of the level of job satisfaction levelof physical education teachers who work in kutahya

This research has been done to determine if there is any satiety relationship between the Job satisfaction level of Physical Education Teachers who have important contributions to throwing up physically and psychologically healthy individuals and to having them gained for the society and to improving country sport and sexuality, age, time of employment, place of offical work, level of income or not.In this research, information that has been provided from the scanning of the source of teachers, physical education teachers, Job satisfaction and the evaluation of public survey datas that has been taken on the physical education teachers who work in Kütahya have been replaced.The public survey that has been taken in this research has two parts. In the first part personal information, in the second part Minnesota Satisfaction Question with the type of likert 20 question have taken place.Ms Exel Table Packet Programme was used for organizing datas and drawing graphics; SPSS 15.00 Statistic Packet Programme was used for statistics analysises and organizing tables. As a statistical method t-test with the meaning level of ?? = 0.05 and the test of single sided Anova was applied. To determine the meaningfullness among the groups a second test Tukey was applied.At the end of the research this has been determined: There is a relationship between the level of Job satisfaction of Physical Education Teachers with age and employment time. According to this result the level of Job satisfaction Physical Education Teachers who are 41-50 years old is lower than the other teachers who are in the other group. The level of Job satisfaction Physical Education Teachers who have 16-20 employment time is lower than the other Physical Education Teacher?s Job satisfaction level.In spite of it, there is no statistical meaningful differenceses between the level of Job satisfaction of Physical Education Teachers with sexaulity, place of work and income level.According to the scientific datas that have been reached, research results have been made clear and by the light of then suggestions have been made
