Özet (EN)
In this study, a total of honey samples of filtered and honeycombed items, which are sold in Kütahya and are of various origins, were collected. The antimicrobial activity of the collected honey samples was determined by the agar well method. In this method, 7 gram negative bacteria [Escherichia coli, Legionella pneumophila serogrup 1(a), Legionella pneumophila serogrup 1(b), Legionella pneumophila serogrup 2-15(a), Legionella pneumophila serogrup 2-15(b), Legionella spp.(a) ve Legionella spp.(b)] and 1 gram positive bacteria [Staphylococcus aureus] were used. The honey samples revealed that the highest activity against Legionella pneumophilaserogrup 2-15 (a). In the second stage, 67 of the honey samples collected were microorganism isolated, which endospore forming Bacillus. The isolates were subjected to biochemical identification tests and as a result of which all of the Bacillus spp. belongs to the genus. The identified isolates; Heavy metal, antibiotic resistance and secondary metabolite production ability were analyzed. In the heavy metal resistance (MIC) test, when compared to the highest MIC value reference strain (B. subtilis NRRL B-209) against heavy metals, It was found that the basils in our study are tolerant and When we put heavy metals in order that they are sensitive It is observed that Co=Cu=Cd>Fe>Pb. It has been found that isolates show the highest antibiotic resistance level against the antibiotics of the doxycycline and rifampicinin the resistance test of antibiotic and the antimicrobial resistance of the kanamycin at the lowest antibiotic resistance. Agar block method was used for the formation of secondary metabolite. 8 microorganisms were used in this experiment which is used in the antimicrobial activity test. The highest antimicrobial activity against secondary metabolites produced by the isolates was against L. pneumophila Sg 1(b).
