Briefly, it is applied aquestionaire containing total 64 questions in two parts. The complied data has been arranged in MS Excel for statistic in SPSS,validity and reliability tests have been applied on the questionnaires terms. Asstatistic tests in SPSS, crosstabulation and Chi-Square have been used. The result is: the coaches working at schools in Kütahya offers a test justtesting the ability for the sport branch choosen, not testing different abilities whichare not needed for that branch, and they complain that they are not presentedlessons providing enough practises and the level of the theoretical pedogogicalformation is below the level of KPSS demanded for employment and LES exam. They want not to enter lessons more than 15 hours and to coach the branch theirsertificate allows and also to decide themselves when the outside activities will bedone after lesson. They want a lesson for the celebrations of 19 th May and to beofficially authoritized at the celebrations. They complain about the level ofpedogogical education presented at university. Due to overcome the lack ofpedogogical knowledge, there should be occasional courses during the worktime atschool. And also they say 2 hours per week for physical education lessons are notenough. They say they enjoy themselves during the lessons. The encouragement ofthe school directors for founding school teams pleases themselves but they are notpleased that the expectation of the directors for success comes before the gainingsof the sports. According to them the teachers of other branches are against thephysical education and don?t encourage the students for sports. Besides theresponsibility of the school activities for national celebrations are on the schoolcoaches shoulders without any help from other teachers. Another problem atschools for training is that the families encourage their sons for the activities atschool but they don?t show the same encouragement for their daughters. And alsothey are not interested in the activities at school and don?t support the schoolteams. Another problem is the lack of the equipment and place for training.Because of this problem the students get bored and they show their boredomduring the lesson. The questionaire is also showing that the coaches want to beassigned at kinder gartens and this kind of services.
