Abstract (EN)

In this working, the chance of using photovoltaic energy in Kütahya depends on the sunfield that is composed of photovoltaic cells. Incoming sun ray values on 10 photovoltaic cellsare measured by the pyranometre sensor and this values saved on a computer. Collected valuesare evaluated.Test instruments: 10 photovoltaic cells, charge regulation circuit, accumulator, DC-ACinverter circuit, transformator, resistance and measure instruments. Test are made in DPUEngineering Faculty garden and photovoltaic cells turned to southwest with 35º angle.By using the test data, photovoltaic output, charge regulation output, accumulatoroutput and inverter output are calculated. The photovoltaic measure instruments data is used which is landed in electrical.A photovoltaic system set up cost calculated by the electrical using according tomeasured and tested values. This cost and values are compared with a city electrical using andsetting up line. And this shows us that the photovoltaic system is'nt economic in cities whichhave an electrical system, but making faraway line is more economical. Keywords: Sun, Photovoltaic Cells, Pyranometre Sensor, Inverter.
