Transcription and assessment of Kütahya seriye registers numbered fifteen notebook

In this study, establishment of Kütahya, family structure, the functioning of law in family, life and working style, trade and career groups, punishments and taxes were investigated.The (şer?i) register of Kütahya in number 15, which we have choasen a subject of study, consist of registration of lawcourt which occured in Kütahya and in its sumoundings in 1243 / 1828 in our study, transcriptions of registration of lawcourt like official sertificate, warrant, heritage, formal correspondences, Pious foundations the organization of (Kassamlık) and their opperccuation and classification exist.This judgements,which continue from the term of Ottoman Empire to nowadays ocquaint us about social, political and financial life of the society. For example, we can learn the social structure of the society and their mutual relationship by looking the knowledges which have been entered in register, and can learn the financial structure by looking at registrations of heritage and we can learn the content of the relationship between centre and country by looking at central Decree.İn addition,cansidering the date of documents,we can notice that two years went by after janissary was abolished and decrees of administrative centre to cover the needs og army recently founded and navy very often.Key Words: Inheritance, Decree, Social Life, Law System.
