The explanations of the lyric poems between 51-100 in the Kütahya Rahimi?s divan(literature)

In XVI century was the most magnificient era for Ottoman Empire bothpolitically and culturally. Master poets of classical turkish poetry like Fuzuli, Baki andRuhi became famous in this era.The Rahm?s book which our study is based on about the explanation of thesecond fifty gazels belongs to Prof. Ahmet MERMER. Before he published this bookfirst he found some poems in National Library and Süleymaniye library and he foundhis complete poems in British museum. Then he published this book with the name of "Kütahyalı Rahimi ve Divanı - Rahimi from Kütahya and his collected poems"In my study I benefited from ; "Fuzûl Divanı" of Ali Nihat Tarhan, "FatihDivanı ve Serhi" of Prof. Muhammed Nur Dogan, and " lifes and complete Works ofFuzuli, Baki, Nefi and Seyh Galib" of Prof. Dr. Haluk pekten. I followed and usedtheir methods of explanation and turning the poems into prose. In addititon, "HayâlBey Dvânının Tahlli" of Prof. Dr. Cemal Kurnaz, "Ansiklopedik Dvân SiiriSözlügü?, of Prof. Dr. skender Pala, " Eski Türk Edebiyatında Mazmunlar" of AhmetTalat Onay, "Tasavvuf Terimleri Sözlügü" of Prof. Dr. Süleyman Uludag are some ofthe books which I benefitted from.We have used the following methods while turning gazels into prose:a. Words, whose meaning are not know by everybody have been determined,their meanings were found, especialy, stresing their meaning, expresing them in theglossary part of the thesis.b. Relevant verse have been turned into prosec. Symbols in the verse have been explainedd. Finally, literary arts have been determinedThe thesis consist of two parts: in the first part; in the first part life of poetRahimi, his Works, and in the second part explanations of his poems are given. In thispart symbols and literary arts, and verses about his life have been determined.
