Abstract (EN)

The book named Mukaddime, which was written by Kutbeddin İznikî and registered under the title of an Anonymous Ilmihal, which is accepted as the book of Turkish ilmihal, it's also interest in Old Anatolian Turkish. In this study, it is aimed to to examine the work Mukaddime in the context of Old Anatolian Turkish, determine and reflect the language characteristics of the period. The method followed in the study: that the text was first transcribed from the Arabic alphabet and transferred to the Latin alphabet. Second, it was later translated into modern Turkish. Finally a dictionary containing the word existence he vocabulary and meaning of the text was prepared and the grammatical index was added to the dictionary. Inferences from the text are included in the Introduction section. The text belongs to the Old Anatolian Turkish period, which shows the most variation in terms of language characteristics of Turkish. The study is important in terms of being able to see the words that have not lost interest in old Turkish and shape characteristics and to follow the historical course of the Arabic, Persian and Persian words that settled in our language.
