Critical edition and analysis of "Miftāh al-Miftāh" by qutb al-din Shirāzī (From beginning to the end of Musnad al-Ilayh)

There appeared many disciplines such as lexicon (al-luga), morphology (al-sarf) and syntax (al-nahv) to precisely understand Qur'ān and also appeared the rhetoric which includes ma'ani, bayân and bedî to analyze its statements and literary arts. At the beginnig, the topics of rhetoric were tackled in different disciplines such as syntax tafsir and kalam and then it became an independent discipline. First works in that field are Dalāil al-Ijāz and Asrâr al-Balāgha by Abd al-Qāhir al-Jurjānī. After both works, the most important book in rhetoric is Miftâh al-Ulūm by Sakkākī. The most valuable commentariess of Miftāh al-Ulūm are Miftāh al-Miftāh by Qutb al-Din Shirāzī, Sharh al-Miftāh by al-Taftazānī and al-Misbāh fi Sharh al-Miftāh by Sayyid Sharif al-Jurjānī. Miftāh al-Miftāh that is the topic of our thesis is distinguished because of being among earliest commentaries and its style, i.e. memzuj. Our thesis aims to make the critical edition of Miftāh al-Miftāh and to analyze it and to provide the commnetary for the benefit of scholars.
