In the process, preserving syntax and vocabulary consistency has been taken care of. Glossary dealing the amphipoly also includes a grammer index. The discoveries from the text are stated in the abstract section. Text belongs to Old Anatolian Turkish era from the perspective of linguistic characteristics. It is also known that this era was developing within itself. As a consequence this manuscript can be placed to the ending of 15th century and begining of 16th century of Old Anatolian Turkish era. This research has a great value because it shows us that formational characteristics haven't broken off their ties with Old Turkish era and it gives us an opportunity to follow the course which Arabic originated Turkish words has taken.
