Abstract (EN)

In recent years, showing an increase of the Mycrobacterium tuberculosis being causes to the tuberculosis and the development resistance against to antituberculosis drugs in the treatment, have led us to develop a new agent substance. In the literature studies, the hydrazide-hydrazone derivatives have shown that they have a very wide range of biological effects. This study to be composed of three parts, with the aim of finding new agent having less toxic and the more efficient activity. In the first part, the amide derivatives [I-III] have been gained the interaction of L-cysteine ethyl ester hydrochloride with substituted benzoyl chlorides. Immediately afterwards, 4-substituted-N-(-1-oxo-3-1-hydrazyl sulfanylpropan-2-yl)benzamide [IV-VI] have been obtained a result of treatment by hydrazine monohydrate to the amide derivatives. In last part, the substituted hydrazide-hydrazone derivatives [VII-XV] have synthesized by the condensation of hydrazides [IV-VI] with various aromatic aldehydes in acetonitrile/dioxane medium. All of reactions was monitored by Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC) and crude product purified by crystalization from appropriate solvents. The structures of synthesized compounds were elucidated by spectroscopy methods as UV, IR, ¹H NMR and elemental analysis (C, H, N) as well as of physical and chemical methods.
