Abstract (EN)
THE EFFECT OF THE INCREASED INTRAABDOMINAL PRESSURE (IAP) ON THE URODYNAMIC PARAMETERS DURING LAPAROSCOPIC SURGERY Our aim of this study was to analyze that the effect of the increased intraabdominal pressure (IAP) on the urodynamic parameters during laparoscopic surgery. Material and method: Women scheduled for laparoscopy at Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Karadeniz Technical University Faculty of Medicine .The groups were controlled for demographic variables, obstetric and gynecologic history, indications for laparoscopy. Exclusion criteria were malignancy, patients with a history of laparoscopic surgery, urinary tract infection, urinary tract stone, urinary tract malignancies. The all patients in two techniques were evaluated urodynamic investigation at preoperative and sixth postoperative weeks. Cystometry were perfomed in urodynamic investigation at preoperative and postoperative period. All of 11 urodinamic parameters investigated in two techniques preoperative and postoperative were compared. P<0.05 was chosen to represent statistical significance for every variables. Results: Mean age was 31.40± 5.030. Mean kilos was 63.750 ± 11.9026 kg. We observed by urodynamic investigation at preoperative and sixth postoperative days no urinary incontinance in patients laparoscopy. There is no difference between two techniques regarding with maximum detrussor pressure, maximum abdominal pressure, strong micturition requirement, detrusor compliance, maximum vesical pressure, first sensation of bladder filling, first disere to void and strong desire to void (p>0.05). Postop maximum vesical compliance were significantly higher than preop (p<0.05). Conclusion: We found that postop maximum vesical compliance were significantly higher than preop maximum vesical compliance.
