The effect of using bupivacain injections for trocar sites on postoperative pain in laparoscopic cholecystectomy implementations

Abstract (EN)

This study's aim was to reduce pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LK) to investigate the effectiveness of the implementation of a local anesthetic is applied sites of trocar.Trocar sites was injected bupivacain in patients undergoing LK for reduce postoperative pain in patients. İn this study, 71 patients between the ages of 18-88 in underwent LK randomly applied to two groups. The VAS was meajured in postoperative 2nd, 4th, 6th and 12th hours. The VAS score of bupiavacain group was significantly lower in postoperative 2nd,4th and 6th when compared with implemented bupivacain. There was not found ant difference between the two groups interms of analgesic medications needs.İn conclusion,bupivacain injection for trocar sites has effective result until postoperative 12th hours on treatment of postoperative pain in LK.
