Özet (EN)

Li-ion batteries are the most studied power sources due to the long cycle and shelf life, broad temperature range of operation, rapid charge capability and high coulombic and energy efficiency. In recent years, lithium-ion batteries are becoming the main power sources of rechargeable batteries for portable electronics. The main new generation anode materials can be listed as Sn, Al, Sb, Si, Mg for lithium ion batteries. Among these materials, Sn is an attractive one for lithium battery, due to its high capacity, environmental friendliness and low cost. Sn-based anodes have various disadvantages lithium ion battery applications as well as these advantages. According to this; due to the lithium ions entering the structure after the first discharge of the Sn-based anodes, the volume change occurs in structure. Various approaches have been adopted to solve these problems in Sn based anode materials. In this study; CNT@SnO2/GO and CNT/SnO2/GO composites were produced in order to solve volume expansion problem experienced in Sn-based anode materials
