Abstract (EN)
In this study, it is examined whether the leadership behavior characteristics exhibited in the workplace have an effect on the job satisfaction of the employees. The working group was composed of hospital staff working in private hospitals operating in Gaziantep province. In this study, quantitative research method was used, and questionnaire method was used as data collection technique. In this context, 445 questionnaires were distributed to employees. 413 of these surveys were found suitable for data entry. According to the results of the study; A statistically significant difference was found between gender, age, type of institution and duties in the institution. On the other hand, there was a statistically significant difference between internal and external satisfaction of hospital staff and age, marital status, external satisfaction and type of institution and duty in the institution.
