VI ABSTRACT Everyday in the world, the knowledge is increasing and changing quickly comparing to past. With the result of the variations in technology and science, the quality and quantity variations of the services also caused the variations in management. The variations in management caused the managers change themselves such as to increase their abilities, knowledge's and experiences. The most important thing that gives managers these qualities is the education. Because of this reason education always protected its importance. If we still insist on the same leading tasks and don't improve ourselves, there will be no changes or improvements and the managers will still be the ones who only manage now not future. The world is changing everyday. Also the military Technologies are changing. It's a fact that leaders' qualities and the management science will also change. In the future we need managers not only managing the crisis but also managing the improvements and the variations.
