Moderator role of cultural intelligence in the relationship between the emotional intelligence of the leader and the dynamic capabilities of the business

In this study, the relationship between the leader's emotional intelligence and dynamic capabilities of the business was investigated. In addition, the moderator role of the leader's cultural intelligence on the relationship between the leader's emotional intelligence and dynamic capabilities of the business was examined. A survey with 78 items was applied on 118 participants in total by using quantitative research techniques. First of all, frequency analysis for the demographic characteristics of the participants, and then the validity and reliability analyzes of the scales used in the research were performed. Afterwards, corelation analysis was performed to examine the relationships between the variables, and finally, regression analysis was performed in order to test the hypotheses. In the research, the PROCESS add-on of Hayes was used to test the moderator effect of leader's cultural intelligence. Findings are that the emotional intelligence of the leader affects the dynamic capabilities of the business. However, it was observed that the culltural intelligence of the leader didn't have moderator effect on the relationship between the emotional intelligence of the leader and the dynamic capabilities of the business.
