Leadership styles to innovation performance the vehicle role of organizational support in its effect

The aim of this study is to investigate the mediating role of organizational support on the effect of leadership styles on innovation performance. For this purpose, firstly, a literature review was conducted in order to determine the theoretical relationship between the variables. The population of the research consists of employees of five-star hotels operating in the city center of Afyonkarahisar. The data of the research was collected by the questionnaire method, and the study was carried out with the participation of 332 employees. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that transformational leadership style and transactional leadership style, which are among the leadership styles, have significant and positive effects on innovation performance and organizational support. Likewise, it was concluded that there is a significant and positive relationship between organizational support and innovation performance.
