Özet (EN)

Because of rapid developments in today?s global world and improvements in alternatives service quality that served to customers becomes the primary competition tool for hotels. Therefore, an above the average quality level becomes very important for the success, image and contiunity of hotels.Although there are findings in international literature that illuminate managers leadership styles directly affect firm?s service quality, this kind of research is very few in our country. This research was done to overcome this shortcoming. The aim of the study is to analyze the relationship between general leadership styles and workers dependence to service quality, organization values, role clarity and job satisfaction.Research was done with general managers and departman managers who are in direct relationship with guests in 5 star hotels. Questionnaires were used as a data collection technique. Data was analyzed with SPSS 16 statistical package program. There existed findings showing that there are relationship between role clarity, job satisfaction and leadership styles.In the light of research findings, suggestions for both practitioners and academicians were presented in the study.Key words: Service quality, leadership styles, comittment to service quality, job satisfaction, role clarity, organizational values.
