Abstract (EN)

This study focuses on the leadership and performance concepts and leadership theories from past to today in detail. It is also analyzed the effects of the leadership performed on the employees performance.A civil organization is chosen to be studied on and 92 staff takes place during the study. The required data for the study are collected via survey. This study also addresses to determine the effects of the work-person oriented leadership style on the working style of the employees by utilizing the demographic characteristics and job departments of the employees.The data obtained from the survey is analyzed via SPSS 11.0 COTS software. Regression analysis is also utilized depending on the characteristics of the statistical analysis data. The survey results are evaluated according to the seniority, working time and title of the employees.In conclusion, it is stated that work-oriented points are greater than the person-oriented points within the military organizations and missions.
