Percentage and frequency analyzes were performed by entering demographic variables into the SPSS 22.0 program. Within the scope of the research, the data were analyzed with Smart PLS 3.8 (Partial Least Squares) structural equation modeling in order to reveal whether the leadership style has an effect on managerial pathologies. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that the leadership style was effective on managerial pathologies, and 10 hypotheses were accepted in the relevant sample. In this context, it is possible to conclude that the purpose of the research has been achieved.
