The effect of the leadership types to the psychological contrat and an application on this effect

This study was made to determine the relationship between leadership styles and the psychological contract.The model of research is the screening model. Employees operating in 5-star hotel in Antalya is the scope of the study. 700 people are employed at the hotel. The study sample are 300 people working at the hotel. Spoken face to face with the employees and the analysis was conducted according to the demands. Survey method was used to collect the data. The survey consists of 4 parts. The first section contains information related to demographic information. The second part is the scale of leadership. Leadership in the form of a septet Likert scale. The third section is the scale of psychological contract violations.Scale is the type of quinary Likert. Scales are benefiting from a variety of sources as a result of the literature created by the researcher. Data analysis of the frequency, percentage, ANOVA test was used, as well as descriptive statistics such as the average. ANOVA test was also applied to the Levene test was applied in order to determine. SPSS and Excel databases have been used.As a result of the researchfound a significant relationship between the levels of,gender and leadership, the psychological contract violation and levels of psychological contract.According to the result of the analysis , men?s confidence for the managers,the commitment to workplace and their beliefs is higher than compared to the women?s.
