Abstract (EN)
The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the legal regulations of withdrawal and expulsion of the member from the limited liability companies in accordance with Turkish Commercial Code. Our study includes four parts. The first part is prepared as introduction with the aim of examining limited company, member, rights and obligations of the member. In the second part, withdrawal cases from limited liability company are analyzed. The third part consists of cases related to expulsion of the member. In final part, consequences of withdrawal and expulsion are examined, especially by considering the regulations concerning dissociation compensation.
