Evaluation of li̇censed geomatics engineers and offices

In the field of the administrative activities of a government resulting re-evaluation of the bureaucracy, the activities conducted by the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre reform process has been initiated. In 2005, via the Licensed Engineers and Bureau of Cadastral Map No. 5368 and Law which adopted in the Parliament, It was decided to be carried out by the licenced cadastral maps engineering offices the responsibility for the construction of which is subject to registration process, have been conducted by TGKM, that is, cadastre of technical services and those operations are not subject to the registration and control of the construction. With the opening of the Licensed Surveying offices the activities, It is aimed that cadastral services to be carried out more efficiently and quickly. In this work, the licence conditions and jurisdictions of Cadastral Map of Licensed Engineering Firms in our country was investigated and compared with the European Union member countries having Licensed Offices. With regard to the Regulation on the Cadastral Map of Licensed Engineers and the Bureau ,by examinig the Licensed Office of the duties, powers and responsibilities, personnel and equipment status, evaluations were made on in the workspace of Aksaray Cadastre Directorate. In this work, view points of the claimants have been operating in Aksaray 2013 to the licensed offices and their operations, services and customer satisfaction with the adequacy of the service area conducted by licensed offices were all studied with sample survey. With the Research, It has been concluded that for both institution and people on request made by the technical services with LİHKAB and TKGM 's position being as controlling and supervising,as well as,the updating of the cadastral information and maintaining such activities-the participation of private sector has changed the gawky state structure due to excessive bureaucrac-as well as,services are being conducted by LİHKAB instead of cadastra offices. 2014, 64 Pages Keywords: licence, private sector, request, inquiry
