Özet (EN)
As a result of the precoution taken to reduce greenhouse gases in electrical energy production in the world, the installation of power plants using renewable energy sources is increasing. In our country, there has been a great increase in the installation of solar power plants in recent years. However, some regulations for unlicensed electricity generation have not been modified. In particular, power plants with installed capacity close to 1 MW cannot supply more than the agreement power to the grid at any given time. Power plant operators also impose restrictions on the power they can produce in order not to be penalized and thus not to suffer financial loss. Considering that all unlicensed power plants in Turkey are in a similar situation, a significant amount of energy is lost in a year due to power constraints. In order to calculate the energy losses caused by the regulation in unlicensed solar power plants, it must be calculated first how much power will be produced for all power plants for a year. For this, the technical losses and their amounts should be known. Some of these losses are easy to calculate. However, shading and module temperature losses vary according to the location of the power plant. The PVsyst program will be used to calculate the degree of shadow losses and other losses. Since the losses due to the module temperature may be too high, the temperatures of the modules in all provinces will be found by using the radiation and air parameters. The methods developed for this will be compared with the actual measurement data and the model closest to the real measurements will be used. In all unlicensed solar power plants in Turkey, the amount of power that can be produced per hour will be calculated by using the actual irradiation values and the technical losses to occur. The electrical energy that cannot be produced will be calculated for each hour when the generated power which is greater than the contract power. Unproduced electrical energy calculated for one year in all power plants will be given in monthly tables.
