Vi̇ews of hi̇gh school students on ski̇i̇ng as an extracurri̇cular acti̇vi̇ty

The study is to reveal opinions of high school students who have skiing lessons in Erzincan Ergan Mountain Winter Sports Center as an extracurricular activity. The research has been carried out on 8 students ( 4 male and 4 female) who have skiing lessons in Erzincan Ergan Mountain Winter Sports Center in 2015-2016 education year. The research is a qualitative study which involves fieldworks, direct observation, interview form.The obtained data were transcribed, results subjected to content analysis, then encoding process is performed. 30 different code set . The resulting codes ( social factors, risk-taking factors, lifestyle factors , mental factors, physical factors) are themed categories, including a total of 5 .
