Abstract (EN)
In today's highly globalized world, the digitalization of supply chain management has emerged as a critical issue. The limitations of traditional logistics management in effectively managing complex processes highlight the potential solutions that digitalization can offer. However, current literature emphasizes a lack of detailed studies on the effects of digitalization on supply chain processes and business performance. This study aims to deeply examine the impact of digitalization on business performance and to understand the adaptation of digital transformation in the logistics sector, shedding light on the future transformation process. Surveys were used as the data collection tool in the analyses, with questions prepared considering the opinions and suggestions of an expert team. The Fuzzy DEMATEL method was used to determine the weight of the criteria, identifying the Internet of Things as the most important criterion. The weight ratios obtained from the Fuzzy DEMATEL method were then used to reveal the objectives that businesses aim to achieve from their digital supply chain trends using the Fuzzy TOPSIS methods. Among these trends, Flexibility/Transparency, Quality, and Profitability were identified as the most important elements. Finally, the Fuzzy VIKOR method was used to test whether the results obtained from the Fuzzy TOPSIS method were consistent, and it was found that they were indeed compatible. This study examines various dimensions such as organizational structures, education levels, fields of activity, and sizes of businesses. The challenges of digital transformation were identified as employee resistance, lack of training, and increasing customer expectations. However, it was emphasized that these challenges can be overcome with the development of appropriate strategies and the training of employees. Ultimately, this study underscores the importance of digital transformation in the logistics sector and addresses the challenges businesses face in this transformation process. Additionally, it provides a guide on how analyses can be used in determining digital strategies and decision-making processes for businesses.
