The Anatolian of the B.C. second millennium which points a period of thousand years and a wide geography, is an important place for us to recognize the lands we live on now. It is a turbulent period in which great development have been experienced in Anatolia. In the B.C. second millenium, it is significant to understand people who live in this period that the effects of natural disasters and epidemics in Anatolia have an impact on the society as well as the structure of state and how people coped up with them. The first Ammunaş, one of the kings in Gasıp Kings Era, reigned between B.C. 1440 and B.C.1420 and the scarcity in this period caused an environment of chaos. Besides, in the period of the first Şuppiluliuma, who governed between B.C. 1380 and B.C. 1335, the outbreak of plague in Anatolia brought along mass deaths, but it couldn't prevent turning the state into the empire. Otherwise, people living in the region frequently encounterred earthquakes and they developed themselves to protect from them. In Troya VI layer between B.C. 1750 and 1250, the city walls were built with large stones sloping inword without any martar to protect from earthquakes. In short, catastrophic events have triggered significant impacts in communities. While some communities developed themselves, others offered sacrifices to God to solve these problems. Thanks to the exicting written and archaelogical resources, the regions as well as times in which took place in Anatolia with the effects on societies were investigated in detail. Therefore, the written annuals, testaments and political agreement texts were used to collect data.
