Abstract (EN)
In our world, most of the energy consumption is due to the house heating and cooling systems. Because of this, the heat pump systems has bugun to be preffered in many applications according to the conventional heating and cooling systems due to its high efficiency and minimum enviromental damage levels. One of them is the ground source heat pump (GSHP) system which is used, in general, for heating and cooling of commercial buildings and residental. For GSHP, soil is used as both sources for heating and sink for cooling. The most advantage of GSHP is that throughout the year soil temperature is almost constant. The heat is trasferred by the GSHP either from the soil to the residental throughout summer or from the residental to soil throughout winter. In this study, theoretical and academic studies related to GSHP systems have beeen investigated and given deatiled information about its application area and compenents. Furthermore, a GSHP system has been projected for residental heating in Ankara. For GSHP systems, a cost analysis has been conducted by determinig its advanges according to conventional systems with the help of energy and exergy analysis. Keywords: Cost Analysis, Energy Analysis, Exergy Analysis, Ground Source Heat Pump, Heat Pump.
