In this thesis, an Ottoman text written in Ottoman Turkish by Belgradi Raşid, one of the people who led the migration of Turks living in Balkan to the Ottoman lands with the Serbian revolts in the 19th century, and which sheds light on the political-social situation of the period, the Naqshbandiyya sect and the Mujaddidiyye-Halidiyye branch of the sect, has been examined then made available to the readers. The text is in the type of history, biography and autobiography; gives information about the author himself and his sheik Abdullah Ma'rûf Efendi. Author; In the work, he mainly included the manners of the sect, the education of mysticism, the methods of dhikr, the lineage of the branch he was a devotee of and, as can be understood from the full name of the work, the miracles of Abdullah Ma'rûf Efendi.
