Abstract (EN)
This thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the introduction. In the second chapter, by recalling the concepts of statistical convergence, A-statistical convergence, statistical convergence with respect to power series method, positive linear operators and modulus of continuity, some of their important properties are given. In the third section, max-product operators are defined and some approximation properties of the operators which are obtained by A-statistical convergence are presented. In the fourth chapter, the approximation results of the max-product operators are given via statistical convergence with respect to power series which is not included by previously known methods. This chapter contains original results. In the last chapter, our original results are evaluated and their contribution to the literature is mentioned. Keywords: Power Series Method, Statistical Convergence, Max-Product Operators, Rate of Convergence.
