Study of sport facilities in case of management and business administration in malatya city

In this research, making a study of 26 sport facilities on the side of management and business administration in Malatya city, the working effectiveness of these facilities and their contribution to the purposes of sports have been exposed. In the research, because of comparison made about the ideal situation and the current situation of the management and business administration for the public and private sport facilities, a descriptive method used. As a result, these sport facilities are not managed in the guessed level, in the sense of the modern management and business administration criterions, so in the management and business administration of sport facilities, the modern management and business administration functions are not applied, in reality, people can not make healthy sport necessities in these facilities effectively and these facilities can not make contribution on the purpose of more people make sports. This case shows that in the management and business administration of these facilities, the human and material resources are not used effectively and wasted.
