Abstract (EN)

In this study, our economy and human health in terms of high value grown in a district of Malatya red fruits (strawberries, cherries and grapes) of the total element contents were determined by ICP-OES. Correct for sampling red fruit cultivation in Malatya which is widely Yesilyurt, Kale and the town of Arapgir fruit and all fruit samples of soil and leaf samples were collected to represent the whole. All specimens total elemental analysis for; microwave system, the acid volume, temperature, sample amount, strength, time parameters such as optimizations; NIST 1547, IAEA 359, NCS DC 73319 with three certified reference materials were determined. Fruit and leaf samples; HNO3: H2O2 (6:3), for soil samples, the HNO3: H2O2: HF (3:9:2) mixture was determined to be appropriate. According to the findings of the analysis, the cherry orchards of fruit, leaf and soil samples, there is a deficiency in calcium and potassium content were determined. Grape fruit (K: 2644 mg/kg, Mg: 198.380 mg/kg), soil (K: 1645.476 mg/kg, Mg: 7927.515 mg/kg) and leaf (C: 2473.775 mg/kg, Mg: 2420.0975 mg/kg) , strawberry fruit (K: 3242 mg/kg, Mg: 753.903 mg/kg), soil (K: 6378.597 mg/kg, Mg: 9025.412 mg/kg) and leaf (C: 5684.332 mg/kg, Mg: 2673.177 mg/kg ), respectively. Gardens specified limit value based on these values of K and Mg was found to contain on. Grape berry (Fe: 95:375 mg/kg), soil (Fe: 170.85 mg/kg) and in leaf (Fe: 105.760 mg / kg) that exceeds the limits established Iron (Fe) was found to contain although other fruit, soil and leaf analysis nutrient elements are not deficient. In samples of fruit, soil and leaves there is no pollution of heavy metals (Cd, Cr, Pb) The validation parameters in metal analysis by ICP-OES which accuracy (% recovery), precision (RSD%), correlation coefficient, LOD (Limit of Detection) and LOQ (Limit of Quantification) were determined. Key words: Plant nutrient elements, heavy metals, cherries, strawberries, grapes, wet digestion, microwave digestion, ICP-OES
