Abstract (EN)

Postoperative complications due to malnutrition in this study aims to define the level of knowledge of nurses in nursing care. The research was made on 71 nurses working in surgical wards at Afyon state hospital and Afyon Kocatepe Universty Ahmet Necdet Sezer Application and Research Hospital. The sample of nurses who voluntarily participated in the survey is the survey form.Research nurses `personal characteristics as a means of data collection due to malnutrition and postoperative complications in patients on the nurses? knowledge level of nursing care in accordance with the literature bu including issues, and researchers used a questionnaire developed. The survey form is located 10 descriptive and 20 knowledge questions of identifying information. The data obtained related with the result of questionnaire in the research, has been evaluated by using `t test? and `variance analysis? tests.The scores of nurses in line with the literatüre as well, although still an important issue that should not be no shortage of information. Complication due to malnutrition as a result of post-operative nursing care of nurses in the study-service programs should be useful to the increase. Also overlooked, nurses, or some other reason can not be evaluated in hospitalized individuals were predictive signs of complications.
