Mythological elements in the Sagımbay Orozbakov Variant of the Manas Epic

Mythological beliefs constitute the essential character of a nation. Mythological culture of a nation; cultural values, religious experiences, behavioral models, and ethical lessons. Mythology is made up of extraordinary powers that feed on the basis of human life. In this respect, myths are believed to be real. Sagımbay Orozbak Uulu reflected the belief elements of the community that he had from his house in the best way. In this study, the extent to which the mythological elements were used in the Sagımbay Orozbak Ulu Variant of Manas Epic was examined.In the introduction, information about the epic and the Manas epic was given. The work of scientists working on the Manas Epic was included. Destancının (Sagımbay Orozbak Uulu) life was told. Then the mythological elements and their use were discussed and the scope of these elements was explained. In turn, he referred to celestial, underground, and ground-related items. Later, animal related items were grouped and tried to be explained. Finally, in the section of beliefs, we have identified the different mythological types that led to the destiny.
