The examinationof social skills of the primary and secondary school student who are under the protection of the state at Manisa children houses and their comparasionwith their pears at school

In this study, it is aimed to compare variables such as sex to describe the social skills of the primary and secondary school pupils who are under the protection at Manisa Child Houses and to compare the social skills of the pupils under the protection with their peers who are not under the protection. There are two groups in this study. The first group consists of 16 pupils attending the primary school and 33 pupils attending the secondary school, totally 45 pupils who stay under the protection at the 12 Child Houses of Manisa Child Houses Coordination Center Adminstration. The second group consists of 45 students chosen randomly and attending the the same class grades in Manisa Yunusemre district and in Turgutlu district of Manisa Province. The pattern of the study is descriptive survey model. The Social Skills Evaluation Scales (Akçamete, Avcıoğlu, 2004) and The Turkish Adaptation Matson Social Skills Evaluation Scales (Bacanlı, Erdoğan, 2003) will be used to collect the data of pupils examined in this sudy. SPSS software 23 is used to analyze the data. In this study, that there are be a difference between the social skills of the pupils who stay under the protection at the Child Houses of Manisa Child Houses Coordination Center Adminstration and skills of pupils who do not stay at those houses of the primary.
