Abstract (EN)
In today's increasingly competitive environment, companies need to create brand loyalty in order to survive, and thus loyalty can be achieved by creating brand love over customers and by providing competitive advantage. Therefore, while establishing marketing strategies, companies need to analyze and act on what can create the loyalty and what can be the driving force for the consumer. Firms that can manage consumerobject relations well may have been able to survive in the long run and to be able to achieve loyalty to the consumer due to brand love. Consumers are affected by many factors when purchasing products. These can be personal factors, emotional factors, economic factors and cultural and psychological factors. In this study, a questionnaire measuring tool consisting of 6 separate scales was used to determine the relation between brand love, marketing from mouth to mouth, electronic word-of-mouth marketing, trust, brand loyalty, brand image and social visibility. The questionnaire was given to the students and officers of Nuh Naci Yazgan University undergraduate and graduate students, to several factory workers in Kayseri Organized Industrial Zone. Findings from the survey were analyzed in the IBM SPSS 16.0 package program. It has been determined that there is a significant relationship between brand love and mouth-to-mouth marketing, electronic word-of-mouth marketing, trust, loyalty, brand image, self-expression and social visibility Key words: brand love, brand loyalty, mouth-to-mouth marketing, electronic word-of-mouth marketing
