Abstract (EN)

ABSTRACTFrom the beginning of the nineteenth century, we are examined publically by surveillance apparatus which are expressed as Panopticon of Jeremy Bentham and also Napoleon institutions. These institutions disciplined the individuals to production apparatus or an education apparatus or to the apparatus of punishment, discipline and normalization. In addition to this, these apparatuses compel individuals to obey the rules surrounding their life and also observing and in due course, they start to transformed into getting a role of surveillance. Their punishments and their aims as ?in a manner of speaking: fix and regulate? are actualized by under the surveillance of some individuals or cadre (foreman, engineer, guardian, teacher or doctor). These punishment means are in factory ?the punishment of money?; in school, physical, mental and ethic rehabilitation; in prisons these punishments are by violence but actually ?physical violence?.All these discipline institutions such as hospitals, mental hospitals, factories, military posts, schools are part of the mechanism of industrial society but importantly a big social model of power. The transforming of being and time of individuals into labor force was the condition of the process after the ?Industrial Revolution. ?New World Disorder? or as a metaphor of ?Globalization?, calls individuals not to be discipline or work but to the subjects of consuming in the regime of truth. Cyber times, it uses web, all mass media as a surrounder resources. This process is more than to express of the time of discipline but surveillance; more than normalization and homogenization but surrounding the local one and causing to the alienation of the individual. Although there is an effect of paradox, aggregation and subdivision make the individual to internalize it and also it seems like weird coils of snake but as much again, touches to everything. All these coils, discipline instituions, the micro-physics of power and also as Althusser call ?the ideologic apparatuses of state? are enforced to transform as family, factory, hospitals, mental hospitals, military post, schools etc.Consequently, On the process of globalization, synopticon is the consequence of panopticon, the institutions of surveillance are the result of the institutions of discipline and mole is evaluated to the snake?
